I am an Amsterdam-based 🇳🇱 Experience & Interaction Designer,
with over 15 years of experience designing user-centric digital interfaces.
I enjoy making technology useful, usable and delightful for as many people as possible.

Currently, as a Senior Product Designer at Angi I lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution, designing intuitive AI-powered experiences, chatbot interactions, and LLM-driven conversational flows that help homeowners seamlessly connect with trusted home service professionals.
In my previous role, as a UX Designer at Booking.com, I designed for scale for one of the world’s most high-traffic customer-facing products.

Previous experiences include working for a CPaaS scale-up, Smart Dubai, the city super app for the UAE government, Gulf News, the largest news & portal in the UAE and other prominent digital agencies from the WPP network, Grey group and Publicis group.
